Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates is getting a dedicated gaming and esports hub, thanks to a recently revealed initiative called 'AD Gaming'. The initiative is brought to life by the city's media free zone twofour54 and looks forward to providing career opportunities for the local people in gaming and esports and create an ecosystem around it.
Team Nigma is one of the biggest DotA 2 teams captained by Kuro "KuroKy" Salehi Takhasomi and has one of the most popular DotA 2 player to ever exist, Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi.
The DotA 2 organisation in the announcement today reveals that they will be relocating to AD Gaming for the next five years. The organisation will be settling at the "Yas Creative Hub, a purpose-built 2.9 million sq.ft. connected campus."
A gaming-centric hub within Yas Creative Hub will host more than 15 gaming and esports businesses alongside Team Nigma including Emirates Esports Association, Boss Bunny, Kashkool Games, Khousouf Games and RobocomVR.
Yas Creative Hub’s Gaming Hub opens in the fourth quarter of this year(2021).
