Chief of Saudi Esports Federation highlights market potential of the Kingdom
Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Sultan added that Saudi youth will play a part in its growth given that more than 21 million young people are engaged in gaming.
Given its location between the east and west, Saudi Arabia has enormous potential in the esports sector, according to the Saudi Esports Federation (SEF) board of directors.

Speaking on the Kingdom's newly announced esports plan, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Sultan added that Saudi youth will play a part in its growth given that more than 21 million young people are engaged in gaming.

Prince Faisal made his remarks while on a tour visiting Singapore and South Korea. He attended the World esports Summit in South Korea and the All That Matters Conference in Singapore. Senior leaders from industries including Web3, music, sports, gaming, digital, and marketing attended the conferences in big numbers.

Prince Faisal highlighted the industries that the Saudi strategy hopes to promote in order to present the plan and its goals. These industries include the creation of esports, new technology and gadgets, governance and rules, infrastructure, and the recruiting and nurturing of talent, in addition to governance and laws.
